Return Policy

At Banyan Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, in its original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging and documentation.

Final Sale Items

Please note that the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or bespoke jewelry pieces created specifically for you.
• Items that have been personalized or engraved.
• Items that have been sized or altered at your request.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our concierge team at returns@banyanjewelers.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will provide you with a pre-paid, fully insured shipping label. All returns must be shipped back to us within 5 days of receiving the RMA number.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, a store credit will be issued to your account or an exchange will be processed. We do not offer refunds to the original method of payment.
