Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
Banyan Jewelers offers complimentary fully insured shipping on all domestic orders within the United States. To ensure the security of your purchase, a direct signature is required upon delivery for all packages. We ship via FedEx Overnight or 2Day service depending on the value of the item.
Processing Time
In-stock items will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. For made-to-order or custom pieces, please allow 4-6 weeks for production. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and value of the item. Please note that the recipient is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country.
Insurance & Security
All shipments are fully insured during transit. For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. We recommend inspecting your package immediately upon arrival and contacting us if there are any signs of damage or tampering.
